Activity Based Growth Programs
Scheduled at your convenience, MustardSeed will design a custom program to fit the mission and focus of your company, group, church or school. These programs focus on team/community building, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, conflict resolution, and using resources creatively.
Adventure in Essential Knowledge and Skills in Education
Teachers will have the opportunity to bring objectives they find most difficult to teach and learn specific activities and strategies to help teach them in an innovative and fun way.
Adventure in Education
Participants will learn the concepts that drive experiential education and their influence in the school setting. They will learn games and initiatives that can be used in any educational setting to enhance learning.
The “I”s Have It! – A Soft Skills Workshop
This one day workshop focuses on group dynamics, presentation of challenges, sequencing and processing. Some of the “I”s are: inviting, inclusive and intentional. Although many facilitators/leaders are comfortable and effective with their technical skills, the soft skills are what make experiential education just that: “experiential” education/“active” learning.
